Long-term mortgage rates post the largest drop | Right time to sell as buyers are looking for homes

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I'm looking at one of the articles in the San Jose Mercury News that reads 'Long-term mortgage rates post the largest weekly drop since 1981'. That is good news for buyers. This was clearly shown in the three recent open houses I had, where the number of families that showed up was higher than usual. So, buyers are out there looking for properties, and if you're thinking of selling your home, 2023 is shaping up to be a good year to do it.
