Welcome to our weekly video. We've got nice, beautiful summer weather here, particularly in Milpitas. So let's talk about what's going on in the market in Milpitas. The war in Ukraine, the stock market, and higher interest rates have dramatically affected our real estate market here. So I opened 1496 Saratoga Drive over the weekend. We had a pretty good traffic flow, and about 12 potential buyers came through, so that's good. I am hoping to get one or two buyers in over the weekend.
